Delete your Stitch Money account

1) Delete in the app

1. Sign in to your Stitch Money account.
2. Open Settings, then the Account section.
3. Under Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

2) If you cannot sign in

Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject: Account Deletion Request.

3) What gets deleted

• Account profile and authentication records.
• Active Stitch session access.
• Connected financial item links during account teardown.
• Associated user-owned Stitch financial and settings data in our core systems.

4) What may be retained

• Limited records required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance obligations.
• Operational logs and backup/audit artifacts that cannot be removed immediately.

Before deletion: subscription billing

If you subscribed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, cancellation is managed in that store's subscription settings.

Deleting your Stitch Money account does not automatically cancel app-store subscription billing.

5) Timeline

Deletion processing starts after confirmation and is typically completed within 30 days.

Some records may be retained longer when required by law.
